We are busy and to our office on Vesterbrogade in Copenhagen, we are looking for even a construction manager, or a Junior project Manager to carry out our construction sites in Copenhagen.

You could possibly. be a carpenter, or other artisan, who would like to a step further.

You could also be the construction manager with a relevant craftsmanship background.

You have experience with building hotels, restaurants, shops, or offices.

As a construction manager / Junior project Manager at 2LP, you're going to cooperation and collaboration with our experienced project managers and is actively involved in several projects at the same time.

Your job responsibilities will include, among other things:

· Serve as back-up for our project managers.

· Coordination of the construction processes, as well as supervision on construction sites

· Coordination of safety in the construction phase

· Perform quality assurance incl. documentation

· Prepare oversight notes in the event of project changes

· Hold the initial kick off meeting incl. subsequently minutes

· Hold construction meetings incl. subsequently minutes

· Conduct a handover meeting, including preparing a subsequent summary, compiling a list of defects, and following up

· Ensure that the projects are carried out according to the wsdl. the agreed time and quality

· Ensure that no work is initiated until the budget and timeline have been finalized. The list of additions and deductions is updated on an ongoing basis in close collaboration with the project manager

· Contact for contractors, suppliers and the authorities of the current in the construction process

· Compile operations, maintenance, and quality assurance documentation

· Coordinate and execute service/minor assignments with our regular customers

· Surveying of projects, bl.a. with our MATTERPORT equipment

We emphasize that the projects be solved from the customer's/client's wants and needs, and with the use of the most optimal and economical solutions.

Our office in Copenhagen consists of 5 highly skilled project managers.

At our office in Aulum is 42 skilled employee, from which some of them also regularly work in the office in Copenhagen.
